Freedom of Movement is currently hiring a Flexi Ambassadors for its stores in Paarl, Somerset West, Tygervalley and the V&A Waterfront. Our stores are upbeat, and our business is growing. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, is dynamic, self-motivated and experienced retail professional who is passionate about delivering world class customer service and driving business growth.

What will you be responsible for?

• Ensure a high level of customer service and promote a world class customer experience.
• Maintaining outstanding store standards and visual merchandising standards.
• Replenishing of stock to ensure that the store is fully stocked, and products are readily available for customers.
• Promote sales.
• Ascertain customers' needs and wants.
• Manage the point of sale processes.
• Keep up to date with product information.
• Adhere to company guidelines and procedures.
• Managing stock and monitoring the sales floor to minimize risk to the business.
• Answering questions and addressing concerns expressed by customers.

What you bring:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Retail experience will be an advantage.
• Customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Sound PC-skills, MS-office Knowledge, and Outlook.
• Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, public holidays and over the festive season.
