Terms and Conditions: Old School x FOM x Mhondoro Safari Lodge & Villa Giveaway
The winner is responsible for the application and payment of their own visa’s (if relevant based on passport type), and the flights & accommodation bookings.
- Publicity: The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other participants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
- Indemnification: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Old School, FOM, Mhondoro Safari Lodge & Villa, and each of their respective partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents, and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this give-away or any give-away-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.
- Changes: Old School, FOM & Mhondoro reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should any virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Old School, FOM & Mhondoro Safari Lodge and Villa's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the give-away.
- Limitation of Liability: Old School, FOM & Mhondoro Safari Lodge and Villa are not responsible for any inaccurate or incorrect information, technical error, or human error which may occur in the processing of entries or in the announcement of the prize.
- Governing Law: The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
- Sponsors: The sponsor of the give-away is Old School, FOM & Mhondoro Safari Lodge and Villa.
By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to be added to Old School, FOM and Mhondoro Safari Lodge and Villa’s databases with the option to opt out at any time and agrees to these terms and conditions.
