Freedom of Movement is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Senior E-commerce Coordinator to join our vibrant team. If you have a passion for e-commerce, especially in the fashion and retail sector, this role is perfect for you. As a key player in managing and maintaining FOM’s e-commerce and product planning, you will support e-commerce growth strategies, oversee paid media, and assist in cross-channel marketing campaigns and reports. What will you be responsible for?

  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience on our ecommerce platform. This includes optimizing website usability, implementing customer feedback mechanisms, and ensuring a seamless buying journey.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website. Stay updated with SEO trends and best practices.
  • User Journey Optimization: Analyse user behaviour, identify pain points in the user journey, and propose solutions to improve conversion rates and user satisfaction. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement user-centric design enhancements.
  • Excel Proficiency: Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to gather, analyse, and interpret ecommerce data. Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
  • Campaign Presentation: Develop and present marketing campaigns effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners. Collaborate with brand team to create compelling campaigns that drive engagement, sales, and brand visibility.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Leverage digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, PPC advertising, and content marketing to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
  • E-commerce Management: Update and maintain product details and site content, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Paid Media: Map out and execute paid media strategies in partnership with Paid Media agencies to ensure monthly targets are met.

Manage Shopify performance:

  • Drive omnichannel strategy through ShopifyPOS and extended Shopify Applications
  • Create and manage product detail pages
  • Create and manage collections
  • Manage product tags
  • Manage product integration
  • Update daily sales documents
  • Oversee the stock inbound process and related daily operations.

CRM Management:

  • Execute emails/SMS/WhatsApp marketing
  • Build and schedule emails in CM.com & Shopify Mail
  • Create and update segments and workflows
  • Conduct data analysis and optimise workflows based on insights


  • Influencer Strategy Support: Manage a pipeline of influencer prospects, track campaign progress, and handle order fulfilment and tracking.
  • Data Reporting: Assist in creating weekly and monthly reports analysing the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Product management: Prepare spreadsheets with product information
  • Project Execution and Tracking: Aid in the launch of new marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and providing progress updates to the team.
  • Collaborative Work: Work collaboratively with the team, contributing to achieving results through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Any other additional tasks that will be assigned from time to time.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in E-Commerce Management or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Specialist or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Shopify and social media platforms.
  • Proficient in using e-commerce analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Shopify analytics
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in collaborative environments.
  • Proficient in project management with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a positive attitude.
  • Knowledgeable in ecommerce strategy & planning.
  • Able to problem-solve independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Keen to take initiative and drive change.
  • A team player who is enthusiastic about working collaboratively.
