What will you be responsible for?
- Develop and implement brand PR & communications, media, influencer, events and customer engagement strategies to grow brand visibility.
- Manage all brand PR efforts including internal/external communications, press releases, and media exposure.
- Management in the co-ordination of marketing briefs, stock management and billing processes, ensuring alignment with supply chain and finance teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and ambassadors; driving key brand stories and launches.
- Write compelling copy for products, e-commerce, newsletters, campaigns, and press material aligned with our tone and voice.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient marketing operations, including the use of tools such as Trello for tracking and project management.
- Support CSI initiatives and help drive meaningful brand collaborations.
- Manage interdepartmental relations and flow of information.
- Manage the co-ordination of supplier relations.

What you bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 Years’ experience in Marketing Co-Ordinator or related field
- Strong knowledge of brand PR and communications, influencer marketing, media planning, and events.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Strong planning, coordination, and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple projects.
- Timely execution of marketing campaigns and briefs
- Engagement and growth of media and influencer networks
- Accuracy and efficiency in stock and invoice management
- High-quality and impactful written content
- A collaborative spirit with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Passion for the brand and a commitment to staying current and innovative.
- Proficient in major content management and production tools, including AI technologies like ChatGPT.
- Effective team collaborator with designers, vendors, and the marketing team to ensure cohesive content experiences for FOM.
- Make timely, informed decisions.
- Simplify complex information to resolve organizational challenges.
- Assess and improve work processes for efficiency and quality.
