Freedom of Movement is looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Supply Chain to lead the movement of product across our business with precision, pace, and purpose.

This role sits at the centre of operations; connecting Buying, Retail, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Experience to ensure the right product reaches the right place at the right time. You will shape supply chain strategy, strengthen systems and partnerships, and build a high-performing team that supports the next phase of FOM’s growth.

What will you be responsible for?

Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership

• Shape and execute FOM’s Supply Chain strategy in alignment with overall business priorities and growth plans.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs to track performance, identify risks, and unlock improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and operational workflows to support scale and efficiency.

Distribution & Fulfilment Operations

• Lead the end-to-end movement of product across Distribution, logistics, imports/exports, inventory management, and fulfilment operations.
• Optimise Distribution Centre layouts, workflows, and throughput to support business growth.
• Ensure operational standards across safety, quality, and accuracy are consistently maintained.

Inventory & Product Flow

• Drive stock accuracy, availability, and flow across retail and e-commerce channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Strengthen planning and execution to reduce backorders, shrinkage, and fulfilment delays.
• Improve visibility of inbound inventory and delivery timelines across the business.

Systems & Process Integration

• Improve integration and performance across Supply Chain systems, including WMS, POS, and e-commerce platforms.
• Strengthen reporting visibility and dashboard tracking to support smarter operational decision-making.

Supplier & Partner Management

• Strengthen supplier and 3PL partnerships to ensure service excellence, cost efficiency, and reliable delivery performance.
• Monitor partner performance against agreed service levels and delivery expectations.

Financial Performance

• Manage Supply Chain budgets and cost drivers, supporting profitability through improved operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation across warehousing, transport, and supplier networks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Buying, Planning, Retail, Finance, and Marketing to align product movement with trading priorities and launches.
• Support business scalability through infrastructure planning and strategic operational initiatives.

Team Leadership & Culture

• Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing Supply Chain team aligned with FOM culture and accountability standards.
• Build capability across Distribution, Logistics, and Customer Service functions to support long-term growth.

What you bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in a senior Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehousing leadership role.
• A relevant degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong operational leadership experience within a retail or product-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage Distribution Centres, inventory accuracy, and fulfilment performance.
• Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL partners.
• Confidence implementing systems and improving supply chain processes and visibility.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and cost drivers.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability across functions.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities.
• A leadership style aligned with collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
