The sizing between 11 and 12 is tricky. The 12 runs big for a 12 but the 11 is slightly short and too narrow. I took the 12s I bought in and was advised by the shop to go for an 11. I have tried to wear the 11 in to stretch but it has not resolved the tight fight.
Ive had 2 pairs of your old vellies which I wore to destruction. They didnt have this issue - I was a 12 in those shoes.

This is a good quality pair of shoes.
They are really comfy, at this stage not wearing them as much with all the rain, but they are epic! Your sales lady was also extremely helpful, did an up sale and was really great at treating customers, nice to get customer service in this day and age, we will definitely be back again
