It was a very challenging experience since I've made a mistake with the delivery address.The person who was trying to help me as promised didn't do anything she/he ended up not even answering my messages. I give 10/10 to the lady who works at Durban Pavillion i think her name is Nobuhle and 10/10 to the guy who helped me at Menlyn their service is 100%.
I am happy with the cardholder, however, the personalisation is not nice at all, it looks messy and it’s of poor quality. The gold engraving that was used for the other writing could have been used. But I figured it was because the customisation was free thus the poor quality.
Next time charge and use good quality ink for printing please.
