FOM Crossbody Cellphone Pouch - Pecan

I love it!!!

You sent me the wrong item! I notified Customer Services immediately via Whatsapp and email and nobody gets back to me to have the actual cellphone pouch delivered to me. There is also no contact number to phone. Very disappointing!

Good size. Don't like the strap

The stap keeps on shifting and the cellphone picket is a tiny bit small for my samsung galaxy S20 with a slim cover

i sadly need to return this as it wont work for my elderly Mom... we needed a little back for her to wear cross body for her cellphone and her purse, but the purse design with the zip opening is too small and she wont be able to get her hand in and out of there, if the zip had been longer and the whole length opened it would have been ok but it doesnt. So i need to return it and swop it for an alternative? pls send pics of some small bags but maybe easier opening for an elderly person to put her hand into?

The straps never stays the length I choose and always lengthens again which is frustrating.
Otherwise it enjoy it.

I love it. It’s my style. The only thing that bothers me is the strap keeps moving, getting longer while wearing the bag and I can’t seem to keep it still at a certain length that I prefer.
