Absolutely love my bag. Compact, fashionable, durable, classic. Do have one design suggestion. As a cross body bag, the strap clips should have been on the side and not inside the bag. I'm quite sure the leather is going to tear or stitching come undone in the future.

My wife was thrilled with how spacious it is without feeling bulky. The interior pockets are well-designed and practical, making it easy for her to stay organized. She’s already received several compliments on it!

Overall, this bag strikes the perfect balance of style, quality, and functionality. It made a wonderful gift, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this brand again. Highly recommended!

Although the handbag looks professional, the material marks and scratches very easily. The leather is quite stiff, and the open sections make it impractical, as belongings can fall out. Overall, the bag lacks durability and functional design.

This is a beautiful handbag, striking colour, practical size and design. The only downside is that the shoulder strap is too long, but we fixed that by punching additional holes in the strap to be able to adjust it shorter.

I eyed this bag for the longest time! Finally made the purchase! I am so happy with this compact stylish bag that goes with every outfit! It offers more than enough space for you and your partners things!😍

I have a mark on the front, and went to exchange it at Tygervalley, and then the other bag they had in stock, had an ever larger mark ( scratch).
While I was at the store, another client brought her bag back for a 2nd time, sending it in for repairs. The sling does not wear well, and also the corners of the bag. The glue used, comes off. I saw the bag and was not impressed. Upon seeing this, I wanted to return my bag, but because I made an extra hole in the sling, they would not take it back.

want to compliment the customer service team. The first bag I received unfortunately had a fault, but the exchange process was smooth and hassle-free. The customer service was very helpful, responsive, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free.

The only downside for me is the strap length. Even when adjusted to the last hole, it’s still quite long. I would have preferred a slightly shorter strap with more adjustment holes to allow for a better fit.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely consider buying from them again.
