FOM Vellies Standard Low-Cut - Whiskey

The shoe is very comfortable and very good looking but to be honest i didn’t expect the shoe to be this wrinkly after wearing it 3 times even though Ive been using the cream that i bought from your shop because they promised it will keep the shoe shiny and wrinkles free.

Ps. I applied the cream twice, in the morning before i leave to work and in the evening after work.

I was unfortunately disappointed with these shoes. I bought a size bigger than usual because my husband's normal size felt too tight. However, the larger size is still not comfortable. The back of the shoe sits too high on his heel and rubs against the back of his foot, causing significant pain. He had tried wearing them regularly to break them in, but they continue to hurt every time he wears them. The rubbing is so severe that it has caused blisters, and his heel bleeds every time he wear the shoes. Unfortunately, they have not become more comfortable with use.

The size 8 is too tight will probably not stretch and the size 9 is too big. There’s something wrong with the low cut vellies, I have the sneakers size 9 , normal vellies 9 plus the BVIW size 9 which all fit perfectly however the low cut is just wrong.

The sizes are a bit small. It looks like one has to buy a size bigger to get a comfortable fit.

After you get blister on the back of your foot, you soon learn that you need to soften it first.
When it's soft, it's a fantastic shoe. Will definitely either buy more pairs or continue with FOMs

Excellent build quality and the Castle Gate Storefront sales people are very helpful and friendly.

It took more than a month to resolve the previous issues and now the right side is doing the same as the previous left side.

I will not be using the shoes and cant go through another month to rectify this again.

The shoes are great. Fit well. Seem solid and very well made.
They polish up really well too, right back to looking new afterwards!
