Customer services not very helpful as far as exchanging the item for a new one. I live in the Netherlands and will only return to Cape Town at the end of February and I asked if one could be kept aside until then. I didn’t get a very positive response.

Awesome sweater, perfectly designed for South African physique. Usually sweaters are ether too short around the waist or too short at the arms. This is perfect all round. Love the 100%cotton too.
