sole padding good, but ankle/ achilles wrap a bit uncomfortable… can be improved with softer leather or inner paddling

Wonderful shoes. Exceptionally comfortable. Quality if wonderful. I would buy a second pair just to make sure I have another to wear five years form now.
Great product
This is my second pair. My first pair's soles completely came loose. They were not used in excessive rain, nor were they old enough to justify the separation of the sole. Although I love the brand and product, I doubt that I would have bought a second pair if I had not received a voucher for my birthday. I don't believe that shoes of this calibre, advertised quality, and price should have their soles coming off.

The shoes are incredibly comfortable and warm — everything I hoped for.
Unfortunately, what would have been a five-star rating must be cut to a four for two reasons: (1) the personalisation I ordered and paid for is nowhere to be seen; (2) there’s a smidgeon of something (glue perhaps?) on the right upper, and my hope is that it’ll come off in time or that a talented cobbler will be able to remove it.
I’ve worn them, so can’t return them. I’ll settle for four stars.
