I absolutely love FOM and have a wallet of theirs that I have been using for 7 years now and another pair that held me 3 years. I was very disappointed to see this tear in my shoe after 3 weeks from when I bought it. I understand that this could be a factory default but will appreciate if I can return them and just switch them out for another pair because I do love FOM and want to continue supporting them.

The arch of the shoe is much more intense than any of your other shoes
Great looking shoe. Only issue they are a narrow fitting shoe which might not suit everyone.

The right shoe hurts my small toe all the time. I have tried wearing both thin and thick socks but no success. I initially thought I must just wear the shoe in, and have been doing so for more than a week, but there has been no improvement. I have a pair of FOM Courts-Ink and Bordeaux which are just fantastic. I am sure this is a manufacturing problem. Please help.
