Great product, I love it to bits,

Beautiful in appearance but unfortunately not well made. I bought it for an overseas trip to store basics like passport and phone, and the strap broke after only 2 weeks.

Customer service was great in replacing it, although I expect the same thing will happen based on the placement of the strap relative to the body of the bag.

If you’re looking to buy a small bag, rather go for the other style from FOM that has a clasp in place of stitching.

I bought this one for me and the black one for my daughter and we love them. They aren't bulky at all but everything we need fits, even my spectacle case.

Very Good Service. I just think you should show dimensions of the bag. unless i missed it. I would have liked it a bit bigger so maybe think of making it a bit bigger for another choice. My husband loves it and I would consider a bigger size for sure.
