The personalisation was a bit disappointing - hardly visible, perhaps if it was burnt in maybe.... the leather will always get scratches, that is part of it, but the bag already came with scratches, which was also disappointing. We love the bag - fell in love with it in the store - so bought for Fathers day. Stunning bag.
