Love the Sam backpack, but after two months, some of the stitches are starting to come undone.

One of their stores asked me to bring it back for inspection. Hopefully, they will sort it out.

UPDATE: Big up to the MOA store; they checked defects on the old bag and replaced it with the one posted. I am happy with the service; not many brands can do that.

Quality! Quality! Quality! Elegantly designed and crafted. I just wish I knew how to adjust the straps for it to be more comfortable.

Very useful bag with a lot of space for my MacBook Pro as well as my iPad Pro.
I want to give it 5 stars but I miss 2 handles on top that you can also carry it that way, eg. from the car’s boot or to carry it for short distances.
Otherwise I love the colour and the many pockets.
