Love all FOM products
T
Placed order on line which indicated that I would be notified within 24 hours that product would be ready for collection at the store I selected - Paarl, Laborie Centre.
After 48hrs I had not received any notification so I phoned the store directly who advised me that the product had arrived and was ready for collection. The online process was good, the product is good, we are regular customers but it was a bit disappointing that I had to call in to check on the the process.
Thank you
