Not really what I wanted

Walked into the Pavillion Store great service from the ladies and purchased my wallet love it lots ...went back a few days later to purchase a shorts and two sweaters....my favorite store now

Can fit a lot of cards, looks good, my only complaint is that it has a chemically smell.

Awesome in store experience with the staff - they assisted me with so patience and grace

I Love the product and the brand.

I would like to however bring to your attention that I initially purchased an item at the Waterfront store and I received great service.

Thereafter I visited the Ballito store to exchange the item for a smaller style. When I walked into the store there were 2 males team members who didn’t really help. They were merchandising the store. I was made to feel as if I was bothering them. Secondly when the exchange was processed at pos the team member then told me that he cannot refund the difference in money to me. I asked why and he said it doesn’t work that way. I then asked for options which he explained.
I just feel that FOM being a premium brand clear and transparent communication is required.

Please don’t get me wrong this isn’t about the difference in money, it’s about the experience at the store and how I was made to feel.

Lovely soft leather

I've always preferred card holders to wallets, but this is the perfect size! The slim fit and smooth leather make for a great product that's easy to access and pocket.
