The bag came with scratches as though is a second hand. both on the leather and plastic clips. what a disappointment for the amount charged.
Absolutely love the quality of the piece! To improve - mount the buckles at the front of the bag slightly higher as it catches in the zip area for the front compartment. Overall amazing though! Id recommend the product to anyone.
