Chest/Bust
Measure the circumference of the fullest part of your chest/bust, starting at your chest/bust point going underneath the armpit and around your back, keeping the tape horizontal.

Natural Waist
Measure the circumference of the narrowest part of your waist located below the rib cage and above the hip bone (typically the part of your body where it bends side to side when placing your hands on your hips), keeping the tape horizontal.

Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the tape measure horizontal and flat against your body. Avoid pulling the tape too tight to ensure an accurate fit. This point typically falls approximately 20 cm below your waist.
