Absolutely love my shoes🥰🥰🥰🥰. Great service and a dedicated team!
Love them. Warm, chic and just what you need to get through this winter.
I bought them as a Mother's Day gift for my wife, she loves them😍
Very comfortable. Don’t need socks, so warm. Can wear them as slippers or out with jeans.
I bought my mom and myself these and they are super comfortable. We love the look and feel it is a hug to my feet ❤️
Love them!
Great customer experience and thoroughly love my new purchase
Good quality and comfortable
Cosy fit!
Still haven’t gotten to wear my Nola shoes. First pair arrived with the leather scuffed on the toe of the right shoe, exchanged at Somerset West for another. They only had one size 6 left. That pair was a display pair and with further inspection -upon wanting to wear it the first time, the left shoe had a protruding fold/stitch in the middle that the right shoe didn’t have. Came to George for a family visit, wanted to get another size 6. No stock there as well. Lady was very helpful at the George shop, found another size 6 in PE. Said it would arrive by Friday this past week. Only to get a call saying it is also a display pair coming from PE.
Sunday and the exchange pair didn’t arrive at George.
Still no shoes worn.
Exchanged pair in now being sent to Somerset West shop.
Pair still in packaging waiting to be exchanged in Somerset West now.
Sunday 28 June, and I can no longer get a refund and have to wait another week to hopefully get a good pair and finally wear them after a month of issues.
Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry to hear about the repeated issues you've encountered with your Nola shoes and the inconvenience this has caused.
We completely understand how frustrating it must be to have gone through multiple exchanges over the past month without being able to wear your new shoes. This is certainly not the experience we want any of our customers to have.
We appreciate your patience throughout this process, and we're glad to hear that our George store team was able to assist in finding another pair. We sincerely apologise that the replacement from PE also did not meet expectations and for the continued delays.
We'd like to personally assist in resolving this for you. Please send us a direct message or contact our Support Team with your order details so we can review your case and work with you to find the best possible solution as quickly as possible.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we'll be sure to share it with our relevant teams to help improve both our quality control and stock handling processes.
Kind regards,
The Freedom of Movement Team
The shoes were a birthday present and my bestie hasn’t taken them off! They look AMAZING!! Such wonderful quality and she says they are like walking on clouds.
Anytime you want to add black ones to the range , go for it😂😂

These are the best shoes, so comfy and warm - my go-to lately!
Best Buy ever. Would love to see you guys treat us with more colours in these. I want them all!
It is a design issue - the back of the slip on is too low. It should be higher or non- existent. It creeps under your heel. I have several of these style shoes in other brands so know the fit. I am a huge FOM fan ,your service and quality is great my problem with these is purely the design.
The fit is extremely uncomfortable, the left top of the shoe cuts into my foot. I wore them for a week thinking it needed to be stretched but it hasn’t helped. I no longer wear the shoes and the cost a pretty penny.
Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience with the fit of the shoes.
We understand how disappointing it must be, especially after trying to wear them in with the expectation that they would soften or adjust over time. Comfort is very important to us, and it’s concerning to hear that the left shoe is causing discomfort by cutting into your foot.
Your feedback has been noted and shared with our product team for review. In the meantime, we would encourage you to reach out to our support team so we can look into this further and advise on possible next steps to assist you.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
