The personalisation was neat and perfect! My wife loved it!

The letters are not clear. Its not visible to the eye

I had high expectations with personalisation I thought it would be a big font and practically visible. It is simply not visible at all. Also I was expecting a drop tag with my customization

Before sending out a personal item you guys should check and double check. It was very disappointing as I had this done as a Anniversary gift for my wife but was so disappointed when the boots arrived

The personalisation was a bit disappointing. The lettering was a bit too close together and quite small and you have to look carefully to see what it says. But it is centred quite nicely near the bottom of the bag and it adds a nice touch.

The personalisation was a let-down to be honest the font is very small and unrecognisable

It definetly does not warrant a R200 price point.

I'm utterly disappointed.

It would be great if it used the same font as FOM and polished as well this looks clumsy and unprofessional.

The Product is amazing, just like all your products. I cannot wait to acquire my next one. Keep making the best products on the market and retain the quality.

I wish they could have used a gold colour instead of black so that my name is visible.
Also, the writing could have been bold and in italics (just for creativity).

I'm glad I did not choose the location of the message. The debossing? is perfect where it is. Perfect placing that I would not have thought of.

Bought this for my husband. He loves them. Personalisation on shoe is perfection and subtle. Did hurt his feet the first wear, but after worn once it is perfect. Noted his white socks is stained brown. Will see if it happen again.

The personalised name on the leather bag was like a tiny scratch - you couldn’t even see the initials. If I knew I would have left it off. Beautiful bag though!

I absolutely love my Freedom of Movement Working Bag for Women. The leather is beautiful, the quality is exceptional, and the bag is both stylish and practical for everyday work use.

My only disappointment was with the personalisation. I had my initials stamped onto the bag, but they are not correctly centred. Considering the overall quality of the bag, I just wish a little more care and attention had been taken with the placement of the initials.

Aside from that, I am extremely happy with the bag and would definitely recommend it.
