Love the bag, but the straps are so hard and very uncomfortable to carry the bag around in the airport. It needs softer cushioning and more back support. It feels like the straps are digging into shoulders. I used this bag for my 2 week trip to China, and it just was not comfortable to use the bag, maybe I overpacked it, but if it fits then it is made to carry the capacity. My only negative is the hardness of the straps, otherwise I love everything about the bag. Maybe something to work on and releasing another version.
