I must say the service is not satisfactory. Lots of frustrations from instructions and arrangements from FOM and Aramex of the collection of online purchase item for
return/exchange. These collection arrangements were made on 20 November andit was not collected. However it was reschedule for 21 November, yet the
parcel is still not collected. It really is not a pleasant process to experience for a first time client purchasing your products and it may be
the last one. Its 25 November, the parcel is still not picked up. I cant rate something I dont have.
